See a charging station that has not been added into our database? Add them now and earn points on our app which can be used to redeem cool stuff in the future! Here is how you can add charging stations and get rewarded.
A few Simple Steps to Adding a New Charging Station
1. Upon opening the ChargeWhere.SG mobile app, click the “Add” button in the middle of the bottom menu.
This will show you charging stations nearby in case the charging station you intend to add has already been added.
2. Search the address in the search bar or tap on the map where the charging station can be found.
If you are physically at the charging station, you can also press to set the marker at your location.
3. Add in the address of the charging station, you can do this manually or click the “Autofill” button to help you enter the address.
4. Add in where the charging stations can be found such as the floor, the lot number or if it is in a multistory carpark.
5. Choose from the list of operators which one the charging station belongs to.
If the operator for the charging station is not found, please send us a message under “Submit a Report”
6. Enter the name of the charging station, we highly recommend using the “Autogenerate” button.
7. Add in at least 1 image of the charging station or general location where it can be found.
Each additional photo gives you additional points! (maximum 3 photos for maximum rewards)
7. Next add in the type of charging station such as the type of charging port, how many are there, whether it is an AC or DC, its charging speed and price.
8. If you also know about the parking rates you can help add them in so that other drivers can be informed as well!
9. Last but not least submit your listing!
Your submission will be reviewed and if it acceptable, we will approve it!
10. You will receive a notification if your listing has been approved or rejected and for what reasons.
Once your listing is approved, you can check the points you earn under “Profile” > “Points”
